How do I order?

To order, you can email us or contact us through our social media.

When should I order my cake?

Please order with at least 3 weeks notice, although we still might be able to squeeze in any late notice orders depending on our schedule.

Is there a minimum order for cupcakes or pops?

For mini cupcakes, the minimum order is 24 cupcakes.
For regular cupcakes, the minimum order is 6 cupcakes.
For cake pops, the minimum order is 16.
For marshmallow pops, the minimum order is 4.

How do I store my celebration cake?

Please do not place the cake in the fridge. If not ready to serve the cake straight away, please put somewhere cool and dry, and away from direct sunlight.

Any leftover cake be wrapped tightly with cling film to secure the cut edges. The sealed cake can be placed on the kitchen counter, or in the fridge if the weather is hot. The cake will last for 2-4 days.

How do I store my cupcakes?

Please take the cupcakes out of the box as soon as you can, to where you wish to display them. If not possible, then please open the box slightly. The icing toppers trapped in the box will absorb moisture from the buttercream and may become droopy. The cupcakes will last for 2-4 days.

Dietary Requirements

We currently offer dairy free and nut free products. However, please note that our products are made in a kitchen that handles with eggs, gluten, dairy and nuts. Please let us know your dietary requirements when ordering and we make you order accordingly. Each item ordered will have allergen information on the box which clearly displays what ingredients is in the product.

How do I pay?

You can pay through Paypal or bank transfer or cash on collection.

Do we deliver?

At this current time, we only offer a collection service for our celebration cakes and cupcakes. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, we offer a postal delivery service for our Traditional Chinese cake toppers and our marshmallow pops as a box of 4.

How should I transport my cakes?

When transporting the cake, please keep the cake flat, try not to put on your lap, best is in the boot or foot well of the car – uneven surfaces even for a short journey can cause damage to the cake.

On a hot day, keep the car cool with windows open or aircon on to avoid damages to the cake. On a cold day, please do not have hot air blowing directly onto the cake.
