Cakes

Deposit

In order to secure your cake order, we require 50% of the total as a deposit. This can be paid through Paypal/bank transfer. The remaining 50% can be paid by Paypal/bank transfer before collection or cash on collection.

Special Dietary Requirements

We currently offer dairy free and nut free products. However, please note that our products are made in a kitchen that handles with eggs, gluten, dairy and nuts. Please let us know your dietary requirements when ordering and we make you order accordingly. Each item ordered will have allergen information on the box which clearly displays what ingredients is in the product.

Collection

When collecting your cake, it will be packaged in a cake box. When transporting the cake, please keep the cake flat, try not to put on your lap, best is in the boot or foot well – uneven surfaces even for a short journey can cause damage to the cake. Please allow extra room in the car to put the cake before arriving. The cake box will be bigger than the cake.

On a hot day, keep the car cool with windows open or aircon on to avoid damages to the cake. On a cold day, please do not have hot air blowing directly onto the cake. Once the cake leaves our premises, we can not be held responsible for any cake damages during transportation.

Cake Changes

Any cake changes can only be made 2 weeks before the collection date. Any changed made after will incur a charge.

Traditional Chinese Cake Toppers

When ordering cake toppers please make sure to read all of the description/item details before ordering.

I do not translate English names into Chinese characters. Any non-Chinese names given will not written as they are and WILL NOT be translated into Chinese. Any toppers with age, the age will be written as a number and NOT in Chinese. 

Please order at least 10 days before the date needed, in case of shipping delays. I cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date.

Please note, card cake toppers are flammable, please do not place candle too close to the cake topper. Cake not included.

Photographs

All the photos used are of our own. Any customer photos used will have had permission from the customer.

Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel your cake order, please let us know as soon as possible. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

GDPR and Privacy Policy

What data is collect?

Customer’s name, recipient’s name (and age), delivery address, email address, telephone number and date of celebration will be collected when ordering through Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, email, telephone, SMS or face-to-face.

When would we share your data?

We do not share or sell your data to any third parties. Your data will only be used to process your order and to confirm order, payment and collection details. Customer’s photographs may be shared on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, only if the customer has agreed to do so.

How is the data stored?

Your data is stored electronically on password protected devices. Your data will not kept any longer than is necessary and destroyed in a responsible manner.
